GHAZIABAD: The father of one of the Nithari victims here on Wednesday said that he had filed a case against the CBI and alleged the investigative agency gave 'undue benefit' to the main accused Moninder Singh Pandher either due to 'political pressure or financial considerations'.
Addressing mediapersons, Pinki's father, Jaitun Sarkar, a rickshaw driver in Noida, said he had filed a separate case against the investigative agency on Tuesday through his lawyer Khalid Khan in the court of Special Magistrate CBI Sapna
Mishra.
He said his daughter had gone to Pandher's house to work as a maid on October 10, 2006 and added she has not been seen since then.
