‘Eklavya’—the first biggie of 2007?

The initial promos  of the film looked very interesting. But I do not know why they have not changed the promos after that. It should definitely take a good initial. But it doesn’t seem like a bumper opening.

The craze one expects from a movie with a cast like this is missing. But I am looking forward to this film as Vidhu Vinod Chopra returns to direction after seven years.

The prospects of ‘Eklavya’ look promising. It’s a personal hunch. My confidence stems from the fact that it has got a fantastic star cast and Vidhu Vinod Chopra has become a brand. His name is synonymous with good cinema. The audience is keen to see a big-budget and a huge star cast film after ‘Guru’. I think ‘Eklavya’ will fill the void.
