NEW DELHI: Sleuths of the Central Bureau of Investigation are having a tough time interrogating Surinder Koli and his master Moninder Singh Pandher, as the former has expressed his desire to kill more kids.
Troubled by Koli’s psychotic tendencies, the officials have not only tied his hands, but have also stationed security guards to keep a close watch on him. This is done to ensure that Koli does not try to harm himself because of his psychopathic behaviour.
“We were shocked when Koli said he still wanted to kill people and that he is getting desperate to do so,” said a CBI official.
On the other hand, Pandher is very articulate in his answers and he sometimes plunges into long hours of silence, the official said. He prefers to answer questions in English, the official added.
“When asked about the call girls, he admitted of having sex with them. But he denied any knowledge about the abduction and murder of the minors,” he said.
Meanwhile, after days of hard work CBI officials have finally laid their hands on the purse of Payal, who was brought to Moninder’s D-5 residence, before she went missing.
“The purse was lying beneath Koli’s bed. He had informed us about the purse. This is the first evidence against the killer duo. It would play a key role in establishing that she was present in the house before she was killed by them,” the official said.
“We have also recovered an axe which we suspect was used by the duo in killing the victims. Koli had thrown the axe in a bush near the house,” he added.
The Noida Police had earlier recovered several sharp blades from Moninder’s residence. We are carrying a detailed forensic study on the weapons, the official said.
