AHMEDABAD: The narco-analysis and brain-mapping tests conducted on Moninder Singh Pandher and Surendra Koli by the Forensic Science Laboratory, Ahmedabad, have failed to establish that the accused were cannibals.
After the tests, experts concluded that Koli is a psychopath who tortured children after sexually abusing them.
Koli, who is apparently impotent, is believed to have told the investigators that a tantrik recommended sex with children, or their corpses, as an antidote to his sexual dysfunction. Koli said he got the opportunity to act on that advice when he began to work for Pandher and discovered his paedophiliac tendencies. Police, however, do not find the confession credible, and think Koli may be trying to protect Pandher.
Experts agree, however, that both killed children after having sex with them. After three days of forensic testing, analyses seem to be coalescing around the theory that the killings were spurred by abnormal sex carvings and addiction to pornography.
