LAHORE: India and Pakistan are expected to play an ODI this summer in England to mark the 60th year of independence of both countries.

According to PCB chairman Naseem Ashraf, the Pakistan Cricket Board has accepted a proposal by the Prince Charles Trust to play an ODI against India at Lord’s in June. The date of the match will be decided after the organisers receive letters of acceptance from both cricket boards.

Ashraf said the trust wanted to involve the Pakistani and Indian communities in Britain in the independence celebrations.
