AHMEDABAD: Moninder Singh Pandher on Sunday evening complained of chest pain and was admitted to the Gandhinagar civil hospital. Pandher and his servant Surendra Koli were to undergo narco-analysis or ‘truth serum’ test on Monday at the forensic lab in Gandhinagar.

Doctors said that the tests might be delayed because of the fresh development. The duo has already undertaken their preliminary medical and psychological tests to prepare their psychological profile.

FSL director JM Vyas told reporters that they would analyse the results of the brain mapping and polygraph tests, which continued till Sunday evening.

“We have to analyse the data and prepare a questionnaire for the narco-analysis test,” Vyas said.  He, however, was tightlipped regarding the outcome of the tests conducted so far. Maintaining that both the accused were cooperating during the tests, Vyas said they would also improve the line of questioning, type of audio and video probes that will be provided to the two to get them to respond truthfully to details of the case.

A CBI team is expected to arrive in Gandhinagar to take custody of the accused on Monday.
