Eminem finalises divorce number two from long-time love

DETROIT: Rap megastar Eminem has finalized his second divorce from the woman he married twice, a report said on Wednesday.   

The 34-year-old, real name Marshall Mathers, on Tuesday reached an out-of-court settlement with Kimberly Mathers, who he remarried in January five years after they divorced for the first time.   

The couple agreed to share custody of their 10-year-old daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, while the financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed, the Detroit Free Press reported.   

The couple's stormy relationship has been immortalized in several of Eminem's songs and at one point the divorce proceedings had seemed poised for an acrimonious court hearing.   

However Macomb County Circuit Court Judge Antonio Viviano praised the couple's conduct after concluding the case, the report said.   

"These people were a pleasure," Viviano said. "They conducted themselves with dignity and respect."
