High global oil prices and weakness in equity continued to influence Indian bourses. The Sensex on Monday dipped by 119 points to 10,559.75 in the initial 10 minutes of trading.

MUMBAI: The Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark, Sensex, plunged by 385 points on Monday on selling by foreign as well as domestic funds, triggered by weak global markets.
The BSE 30-share sensitive index (Sensex) closed 385.00 points lower at 10,293.22 points. It had touched a low of 10,262.57 points earlier in the day.
The National Stock Exchange index Nifty fell by 115.80 points at 3,007.55 after dipping to 2,999.35 points.
