Bomb explodes on train

LUCKNOW: A crude bomb went off and three live explosives were found on the Mathura Express at Charbagh Railway station on Sunday night, police said.

The explosion created panic in the station. There were no casualties, they said.

The bomb was planted in the toilet of the S4 compartment of the train, they said.

Police immediately swung into action and recovered three more live explosives from the same toilet.

The train was stopped for over an hour at platform number four, and thoroughly searched after which it left for its destination, they said adding no arrests have been made in this connection.
