The Delhi HC sought replies from the central government, CBI and others over an allegation of illegality in the lease deeds of the Delhi and Mumbai airports.

NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Friday sought replies from the central government, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and others over an allegation of illegality in the lease deeds of the Delhi and Mumbai airports.
The court also asked the Airports Authority of India (AAI) to respond to a petitioner's claim that the lease deeds executed between the AAI and the Delhi International Airport Pvt Ltd and the Mumbai International Airport Pvt Ltd for the land of the two airports were illegal.
A division bench comprising judges M.K. Sharma and Hima Kohli asked the respondents to file their replies by July 20.
The petition was filed by voluntary organisation Rashtriya Mukti Morcha.
