Ektaa Kapoor's take on UP-Bihar mafia!

For all Ektaa Kapoor critics who feel she can't see beyond her saas-bahu soaps, here's something to chew on — the soap queen is planning to make a film on the UP-Bihar underworld titled 'UP-Bihar Mar De Goli Je Boli'.

It's a Bhojpuri film which will be officially launched in October in Varanasi. Jointly producing the film with Ektaa will be mom Shobha and writer-director Mahesh Pande.

Dad Jeetendra will be the presenter. The film's writer/director, we hear, is going to research the issue with some help from UP's Special Task Force (STF).

Interesting! It would be more interesting to know who Ektaa is going to cast in the film. We don't think bro Tusshar Kapoor would be game for a diet of Bhojpuri films.
