SRINAGAR: More skeletons have starting tumbling out of the cupboard following the identification of some of the people named by the two girls to the CBI in the sex scandal case.

Sources said, besides two former ministers — one from Congress and another independent — there are several officers who have allegedly been identified. They include two DSPs, one SP, one commissioner/secretary, one junior engineer and one deputy director.

"Those involved should be brought to book," said Main Abdul Qayoom, president of Kashmir Bar Association.

There are reports that some of the accused are either absconding or trying to obtain anticipatory bail. "There is a provision wherein the property of those who run away can be attached. It depends on the CBI's reply on Monday", Qayoom said.
