Two more arrested in Mohsin Shaikh murder case

Pune: After arresting 15 people suspected to be involved in a murder case of techie Mohsin Shaikh, Pune police have arrested two more people. The arrested haven been identified as Pratik Pandit Sangale (20) and Prasad Balasaheb Pansare (22) both are residents of Bhekrainagar, Phursungi.Mohsin Shaikh was allegedly killed by the group members of Hindu Rashtra Sena (HRS) on June 2 and was suspected to be aftermath of the the derogatory posts on Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Sambhaji Maharaj and late Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray on social media websites. “Following the investigation we have arrested these two suspects in the Mohsin Shaikh case on Sunday afternoon,” said Jayant Naiknaware, deputy commissioner of police (Crime). Police have claimed no new incidents have occurred in Hadapsar area and it has been peaceful for last four days.
