Two bodies found in Pimpri-Chinchwad

Pune: Two murders were reported in Pimpri-Chinchwad area on Tuesday. In the first case, the body of a goon was found in an isolated area in Moshi while in the second an unidentified person's body was found on Akurdi railway track.
In order to make the unidentified person's murder appear like a train accident, three unidentified persons kept the body on the railway track on Tuesday morning around 2am. According to police, "The staffers at the railway station noticed three persons carrying a man. The trio fled seeing the staffers. The deceased was 30-year-old and has three tattoos on his hands. He might have been strangulated."
The other body has been identified as that of Mahesh Baban Sawant-Patil, 25. He was stabbed to death. A case of murder has been registered with Bhosari MIDC police station. According to police, "Patil has a criminal past. He was exterminated from city for a year."
