Superintendent of Police (ACB-Pune range) Digambar Pradhan said the searches at the NCP leader's house were launched on early Wednesday morning.

The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Wednesday conducted searches at city NCP corporator Subhash Jagtap's residence here and registered a case against him and his wife for allegedly amassing assets disproportionate to their known sources of income.
Superintendent of Police (ACB-Pune range) Digambar Pradhan said the searches at the NCP leader's house were launched on early Wednesday morning. "The action came following complaints that Jagtap has amassed disproportionate assets," he said.
"We registered a case at Sahakar Nagar Police Station against Subhash Jagtap and his wife Usha for amassing assets disproportionate to their known sources of income. They have been booked under sections of Prevention of Corruption Act," Pradhan said.
