Gokhale Constructions launches Briz at Pirangut

Known for the re-development of old residential properties in the city, Gokhale Constructions comes up with yet another bouquet, albeit outside city limits. The brand launched Briz, an exclusive residential project at Pirangut. Looks like Gokhale Construction has a bagful of surprises this season. The group will also unveil 9 different ventures on the 9 days of Navratri.

Announcing their new venture, Briz, Vishal Gokhale, chairman and managing director of Gokhale Constructions, said, “We are proud to have earned a lot of appreciation and goodwill due to high standards of construction that we have followed so far, especially in the re-development segment. We promise to bring the same standards and finish to ‘Briz’ our first stand-alone residential project in the fast developing Pirangut region.”

Briz houses 250 upscale 1 and 2-BHK apartments priced in the range of Rs21.5 Lakh to Rs38 Lakh. The group also aims at making a unique record during the auspicious period of Navaratri, where it would become the first developer in the city to launch a project on each day of Navaratri.

These projects would be Briz - Pirangut (Oct 5), Ram Kanta - Dahanukar Colony (Oct 6), Leera - Karve Nagar (Oct 7), Swaminath - Karve Nagar (Oct 8), Bharadwaj - LIC Colony (Oct 9), Guruprasad – Hinjewadi (Oct 10), Gokhale Garima – Prabhat Road (Oct 11), Pushpanjali – Rambaug Colony (Oct 12) and Shree Vijaylaxmi – Happy Colony, Kothrud (Oct 13).
