The Catholic community in the city will be holding the 10-day novena in honour of Our Lady of Good Health, Vailankanni, from Thursday. Bishops from different dioceses will be celebrating masses at churches during this period culminating with celebrating the feast on September 8.

The religious programme will start with hoisting of the flag followed by novena and mass. Thereafter, daily novenas and masses will be held at various churches in the city.
