Making a new theft-proof lock in a prison in Hubei province, a thief has got his sentence reduced. Wu Mingrong, who used to break locks using toothpicks, applied his skill to create a lock that he himself cannot open. He made the new anti-theft device during his 20-year sentence in Qianjiang prison, reports the China Daily. Mingrong has got a patent for his invention.
