Facing what can only be called a mercurial winter, Mumbaikars are finally getting a taste of real cold. Although it’s just the tip of the iceberg when compared to northern cities like Delhi and Chandigarh, this season’s uncharacteristic cold spell has left citizens huddling into themselves for warmth. Is the chill an indication of things to come in the next few years? Only time will tell.
