Slovenia's ambassador to India Janez Premoze met Maharashtra chief minister Ashok Chavan here today and discussed ways to strengthen ties between the two countries.
The meeting took place at Chavan's official residence `Varsha', at Malabar Hill in South Mumbai, an official release said.
During the meeting, the chief minister assured the ambassador that Maharashtra will extend full cooperation for strengthening industrial relations between India and the south east European country, the release said.
The two discussed ways to give impetus to cultural exchange and film ties, it added.
