Six killed in road accident in Maharashtra

The incident occured when the driver lost control over the steering wheel and hit a tree near Kharda village of Jamkhed.

Six people were killed on the spot when the bus they were travelling in turned turtle after hitting a tree one km form here today, police said.
    
Police said that the travel bus (AP-16 TX-4114) was carrying at least thirty people to Shirdi from Hyderabad.
    
When the bus came near Kharda village of Jamkhed, the driver lost control over the steering wheel and hit a tree, they said.
    
The deceased were identified as Vishnu Vardhan Shree Ram Reddy (24), Harshada Ravishankar Reddy (5), B Chandra (58), Shree Niwas(45), Gita R Bopani (47), Kumar Bopani (50), all from Hyderabad, police said.
    
The injured were shifted to Jamkhed and Ahmadnagar district hospitals, police said.
