Projects in various localities in Pune on display at property expo

A wide range of residential properties offered by reputed builders across price bands is on display at the two-day DNA Pune Properties Exhibition that was inaugurated by Pune mayor Mohansingh Rajpal at Hotel Pride, Shivajinagar, on
Saturday.

The expo is open to the public from 10.30 am to 7.30 pm.
Construction firms participating in the expo include Paranjape Schemes, BU Bhandari Landmarks, Pride Purple Group, Buttepatil Group, Siddhivinayak Group, Sulochana City Group, Naiknavare Developers Private Limited, Manav Group and SRK Group. The Bank of Maharashtra, which is offering attractive loan schemes, has also put up a stall at the exhibition.

Localities covered in the exhibition include Aundh, Baner, Kothrud, Sinhagad Road and attractive, newly emerging pockets such as Wakad, Hinjewadi and Pimple-Saudagar. Housing projects at Talegaon Dhabade and Chakan are also on display.
The exhibition has been organised to help prospective buyers by offering them a large variety under one roof. The latest property expo is part of DNA’s initiative to hold such exhibitions in various parts of the Pune such as the eastern and western parts of the city and Pimpri-Chinchwad.
