Polish firms keen on Pune auto sector

Ambassador of Poland to India, Piotr Klodkowski, on Saturday said Poland is keen to invest in the automotive industry in Pune.

Speaking at an interaction with the press at the Patrakar Bhavan on Saturday, he said that in the present day of globalisation, it is essential for India and Poland to nurture the bilateral relationship between the two countries.

He said Poland is India's largest trading partner in central Europe and is considered an attractive investment destination.

"The time has come for joint ventures. The two nations should work together."
