A special squad of police on early Saturday morning laid a trap and arrested four pimps, while rescuing three women from an international flesh trade.

"Two of those rescued are foreigners of Uzbek nationality" said police inspector D Danawade.

Sources said that these foreign nationals had come to India on a business visa on the pretext of performing side roles in the films.

The accused have been identified as Parmeshwar Mandal, Kishore Mandal, Kailash Devlal, Chetlal Mandal.

Police officers said that the trap was laid based on the input received by them from sources.

"Accordingly, a decoy was sent to the arrested pimps under the disguise of a customer" said assistant police inspector Manish Awale.
