GG International School on Tuesday celebrated achievers day by felicitating its first batch of students who passed the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

Pimpri-based GG International School (GGIS) on Tuesday celebrated achievers’ day by felicitating its first batch of students who passed the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
The PCMC education officer, Sharda Londe; former chairman of PCMC education board, Arjun Thakre; chairman of PCMC education board, Bhaijan Kazi; director of the school, Sonu Gupta and principal Shubha Gill were also present on the occasion.
Gupta said that the results this year were fantastic with the school achieving cent per cent results.
“Setting a benchmark for the batches to follow, standard X students of the school have created history with outstanding performances and the results are at par with some
of the best CBSE schools in India,” Gupta said.
According to Gupta, the expectations of the parents and dedicated teachers have been surpassed by the students. The GG Foundation congratulated all teachers and students on their exceptional achievement.
To further the cause of education and to assist deserving pupils, a scholarship of Rs25,000 has been instituted by the school. The scholarship would be given to two toppers every year in June/July who appear for the standard X examination and take
admission in standard XI in GG International School.
