NMC seal mobile towers at Nashik

Nashik: The Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) has sealed the district's 44 mobile towers that are fixed illegaly on buildings, civic body sources said.

Encroachment department of NMC noticed that 325 towers of different mobile companies were erected on private buildings including those of BSNL, Reliance, Idea, Airtel, Vodafone among others, they said.

As a part of their drive, the officials cut down power supply and then sealed it, sources said.
