Mumbai to face water cut in Thursday

Mumbai city will face a ten percent water cut on Thursday.

 Bhandup (East), Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Chembur, Mankhurd, Govandi, Sion, Matunga, Wadala, Dadar, Parel, Currey Road, Chinchpokli, Byculla, Ray Road, Sandhurst Road, Dockyard Road and Dongri will be affected by the water cut.

The Panjrapur Pumping station (stage-I) is proposed to be isolated to execute the work of fixing of water valves of 500 mm diameter and 700 diameter, due to which a 24 hour water cut will be imposed by the civic body.
