Man commits suicide at Seven Hills hospital in Mumbai

A 35-year-old man jumped from Seven Hills hospital's seventh floor and committed suicide on Tuesday night. Suranjan Mondal, employee of L&T Powai was admitted to the hospital for piles.

"We had operated on him some time back but he got back to us with problems like numbness of limbs which wasn't related to piles. Someone had told him that piles is not treatable. He was therefore worried. Two-three days back he got himself re-admitted. While is attendant (not related to Mondal) went out to have dinner, he climbed the railings of seventh floor and jumped," said Raghuram CH, general manager, Sevenhills hospital.
