Maharashtra govt gives crime branch permission to interrogate Kasab

The state government has given permission to the crime branch to interrogate the lone survivor in the 26/11 attack Ajmal Kasab.

The order of the copy was received on Thursday. According to the sources in the crime branch, they would soon interrogate Kasab on the information which they have received from Abu Jundal, an LeT operative.

“If need arises we will bring the two terrorists face to face only if we think they are lying or hiding. The emphasis will be to get more details about the 26/11 operation and future operations,” said a crime branch officer.
