Industrial Green Chemistry World conference at the IIT Bombay

Budding chemical engineers are to discuss issues regarding green industries, at a conference to be held at IIT Bombay in association with the Industrial Green Chemistry World – a global organisation dealing in the topic.

The conference is aimed at emerging industrialists to realise the importance of green industry. The conference is a part of the Azeotropy – IIT Bombay’s annual Chemical engineering festival. The conference expects participation of over 400 candidates from in and around Mumbai.

The conference which aims at inspiring students to devote themselves to towards this cause to help build sustainable world, is to be held on December 7, 2011 at the IIT Bombay campus. Top personalities from the field of green technology will speak about their experiences and deliver lectures to the student community which will be followed by panel discussions with students’ participants.
