Four members of a marriage party were killed in a road accident near Nashik in North Maharashtra early today, police said.
The accident took place at Ajang Shivar village on Dhule-Jalgaon Road, where an Indica car in which they were travelling collided with a truck, they said.
The victims, hailing from Dhule, were returning from Osmanabad in Central Maharashtra after attending a marriage.
The deceased were identified as Ganesh Salunkhe, 29, Nitin Salunkhe, 25, Pandit Patil, 24, and Kailash Marathe, 24, police added.
