14 test positive for H1N1

Fourteen more people tested positive for H1N1 infection on Saturday, taking the total number of cases reported positive from March 1 to 147 in Pune district.

Currently, six swine flu patients are on ventilator, while 18 are in the intensive care unit (ICU) wards. As many as 56 H1N1 positive patients have been admitted to isolation wards and another 44 admitted patients are suspected to have swine flu.

A total of 853 people have been administered Tamiflu tablets, while 1,543 people were screened for the viral infection.
