CM Devendra Fadnavis informed that they had two options before them in terms of land for both the projects

With the Mumbai Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (MMRDA) approving the allotment of 50.31 hectares for the proposed International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) on Thursday, the decks have finally been cleared to begin works on it.
It is likely that the decision taken during the MMRDA's 143'rd meeting chaired by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis would also provide a fillip to the proposed Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project.
CM Fadnavis informed that they had two options before them in terms of land for both the projects. However, since the work for the bullet train will be mostly underground, both projects can now come up at BKC.
