In a recent report, World Bank has stated India to be one of the highest ranking countries that suffer from malnutrition problems among children.

'Rotary Club of Bombay Central' along with 'Rotaract Club of Bombay Film City' and 'Rotaract Club of Caduceus' are organising an event — The 'Comedy Cereal' to eradicate malnutrition.

The event will be happening at YB Chavan Auditorium, Mantralaya, Namriman Point on 13th September, 2014, 7 pm onwards. The Comedy Cereal lets you do the good work for the society. It is a comedy stand-up act featuring Anuvab Pal, Atul Khatri, Varun Thakur, Karan Talwar, Neville Shah and Kautuk Srivastava. The funds from the will be going to an NGO named 'Decimal Foundation'.

The kids will be provided soy milk and fortified biscuits for the most important meal of their day i.e. the breakfast. Soy milk holds the nutrition levels that cater as complete protein supplier. This healthy type of breakfast will be provided to the affected kids all year round from the amount raised from selling tickets for the event.

"While we get enough food, it is really sad to see that India is one of the top countries that is suffering from the problem of malnutrition. By initiating Comedy Cereal, we really want to help eradicate this problem and it would be a great gesture if we could get support from a lot of people.", says Mit Shah, President, Rotaract Club of Bombay Film City.
