The 6th dna property redevelopment conference is back

After five successful editions, dna is back with its property redevelopment conference. The conference is to be held on April 12 and 13, it will be hosted at the Palai Jyoti Banquet in Vidyavihar. The conference will aim to facilitate the process of the transition from an old dilapidated building to a new, stable redeveloped structure.

Redevelopment is not an easy task due to various factors like incomplete or misleading information creating friction among residents and new circulars being issued on a regular basis, residents have to cope with either an information overload or paucity of the same.

The conference will provide a dedicated platform, to help people, planning to go for redevelopment, get all the desired information on redevelopment and aims at assisting people make an informed decision.

Visitors will have a variety of sessions to attend. Sessions on legal issues related to redevelopment, selection of the builder and the developer during the redevelopment and self-redevelopment, taxes on redevelopment and deemed conveyance will be conducted by experts in the fields. Entry to the conference is free.
