Terms & Conditions of dna Short Cuts - The short film festival

  • Films made between 1 September 2013 and 30 October 2014 are eligible for participation in the festival. 
  • Films may be entered by any organisation, agency, individual producer or director.
  • There is no fees charged for submitting entries
  • Filmmakers may submit more than one entry. Each entry must be accompanied by a separate entry form. 
  • Please upload your submission and share the link with dna. The process is enumerated in the registration form. 
  • Entries will be subject to preview by a committee constituted by dna Newspaper.
  • Films not presenting sufficient technical qualities for good public screening can be refused. 
  • Access the website www.dnaindia.com/shortcuts and fill in the application form
  • dna will acknowledge your application 
  • dna reserves the right to not include films which do not conform to the principles of general screening of a movie and portrays, depicts or treats cruelty, torture, violence, crime, horror, disability, sexuality or indecent or offensive language or behaviour or the film denigrates or insults any particular class of the public by reference to the colour, race, religious beliefs or ethnic or national origins or the sex of the members of that class.
  • All disputes, matters of interpretation, controversies and other issues arising under, or relating to, the entry form or regulations shall be determined and resolved according to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
