Some of the brands you will see taking part include eBay, Flipkart, Jabong, Myntra, Zovi, Snapdeal, Makemytrip, and Bharat Matrimony, to name a few.
Shikha Jain, a software engineer and an avid online shopper, is excited. “I’m waiting for 12/12/12 to do bulk shopping. There are discounts ranging from 15% to 80% and a lot of free gifts on apparels, accessories and home decor. This is an awesome concept and it will only create awareness on the joys and comforts of online shopping among people.”
Book lovers won't be disappointed either, as there are numerous deals available on online bookstores on this day. Mahima Garg, who enjoys shopping for books online, said, “There are at least four portals offering great deals on books on 12/12/12, and I plan to go all out. I just hope the internet does not hang on that day because of all the traffic.”

Manu Jain, co-founder, Jabong, said, “We are creating a special section on our website, which will be dedicated to the festival. We are coming out with a lot of offers — percentage discounts, buy one and get one free, and flat discounts on a wide range of fashion merchandise like apparel, accessories, footwear, beauty products on leading brands.”
