A 22-year-old woman allegedly kidnapped and killed a five-year-old girl to convince the girl's father for marriage. The woman was in an alleged illicit relationship with the girl's father since past two years. The man had refused to marry the accused citing responsibilities towards her daughter.
According to police, on March 24, Anjali Saroj (5) was allegedly kidnapped from outside her residence in Vijay Nagar area of Nallasopara east.
