Priyanka Kamble, a resident of Chinchwad and wife of police constable Jaypal Kamble has demanded justice as she has alleged her husband of cheating for over nine years.
Wife of a police constable attached to the local arms unit of Worli police station took to Twitter on Tuesday tagging the Mumbai police accusing her husband of cheating on her. Priyanka Kamble, a resident of Chinchwad and wife of police constable Jaypal Kamble has demanded justice as she has alleged her husband of cheating for over nine years.
On Tuesday, Priyanka posted on Twitter saying that her husband has married another woman without her knowledge and has two children with the other woman. Priyanka added, "After our wedding in 2010, Jaypal asked me to stay at my parent's place for a while as he was not allotted a staff quarter. However, when he did not return for over six months, I visited Mumbai, not only to find my husband staying in police quarter but also to realise he was having an affair. When I confronted him, he abused me and asked me to leave."
Soon after that incident, Priyanka approached Chinchwad police and registered a case under relevant sections of the IPC which exempts from punishment a second marriage contracted seven years after the absence of the spouse (section 494). Priyanka said, "My husband asked for an out of court settlement, but later backed off saying he was not interested in staying with me and I should stay away from him. I have been fighting cases in court for years, while he continues to enjoy his life as police personnel and has a blissful life with wife and kids."
Priyanka also met with senior police officials of the Mumbai police, who said they could do nothing in the matter and it was their personal lookout to sort this spat. On Monday, Priyanka tried meeting with Commissioner of Police Subodh Jaiswal but was unable to meet him on time. However, a day later, she was informed the matter has been forwarded to concerned officials for investigation.

On Tuesday, Priyanka posted on Twitter saying that her husband has married another woman without her knowledge and has two children with the other woman. She has alleged that her husband is cheating on her for over nine years.
