Mumbai
Mumbai of all places in India is known for being resilient. And today was no different, while the city administration struggles to keep the city moving some citizens bring in some online humour on an otherwise grim day. Along with regular updates from citizens about water logging and train delays which do an excellent job of keeping everyone alert and aware of which roads to avoid and what notices the administration has issued, some tweets take a dig at the rather helpless situation. of course all in harmless humour.
