Setting new standards for themselves this year, the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT-B) will host international artistes at Mood Indigo, their annual cultural festival.
The headlining for this year’s band event will be done by American progressive rock band, the Neal Morse Band. In their first tour of India, the band will perform at the festival on December 20, 2013.
The festival’s team has been popular for the big names that they have been able to attract for their concerts every year.
In the earlier years, international bands like Simple Plan, Karnivool, and Porcupine Tree have performed at the fest.
“We didn’t want to reduce on the popularity scale and we wanted to go back to the good old progressive music,” said Saksham Jain, the Pronites Head, the team in charge of the festival’s concerts.
