The warden at SNDT college has been booked for allegedly undressing a college student who was suffering from health issues. The accused, identified as Rachana Jhaveri, is alleged to have forcibly removed the victim's clothes while three other students were present inside the room.

The incident came to light on Sunday afternoon, after the victim approached Jhaveri and said she is suffering from some allergies. Jhaveri, to take a closer look at her body, took her to a room where three other students were present, and forced her to remove her clothes in front of the others.

The victim said she couldn't take the mental stress and humiliation, and approached her seniors. Students from the campus then raised their voices against the administration and sought immediate police action against the warden.

"After the students demanded strong action against the warden, the police lodged a complaint against the warden under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code for outraging the modesty of a woman. Further investigation is underway," said a police officer.
