On Wednesday evening, troupes of workmen could be seen putting finishing touches to the new structure that boasts of five floors and three-level parking in the basement. Spread over 50,000 square feet, a canopy at the entrance leads to the first floor where there are two open balconies. Reports suggest that the bungalow houses several multi-purpose rooms, along with living, dining, dressing, and drawing rooms. The fourth floor has two huge family lounge areas, study room and other facilities, while the bedrooms and family room are all the way up on the fifth floor.
