Mumbai Congress office vandalised, MNS takes responsibility

Recently, the MNS workers were attacked in Vikaroli and earlier at Matunga.

Mumbai Congress office at Azad Maidan was vandalised on Friday morning. According to the local police, the few unidentified people entered the Mumbai Congress office in this morning. “When the housekeeping staff was cleaning and mopping the floors inside the office, that time few people barged and vandalised the glass facades and cabins. The images of unidentified are captured in the CCTV. We will carry the investigations and culprits will be booked soon,” police added requested anonymity.

However, MNS leader Sandeep Deshpande took the responsibility of this attack on Mumbai Congress office. In his tweet, Deshpande said, “attack on Bhaiya Sanjay Nirupam party office is a surgical strike. Eet Ka Jabab Pattar Se,”. 
When called Mumbai Congress president Sanjay Nirupam, he was not available for comment. The tug of war between the MNS and Congress has been going for a long time over the hawker's issue. 

Recently, the MNS workers were attacked in Vikaroli and earlier at Matunga. Raj Thackeray, MNS president told his workers in the closed-door meeting, “I do not want the party workers who get beaten but want who can beat.”

“Once the Raj saheb has given us clear-cut directions so we have decided to teach a lesson to north Indians in Mumbai. We will not tolerate their arrogance anymore. In future, there will be more such attacks on Mumbai Congress offices across the city and on their leaders,” threatened MNS leaders refused to be named. NCP MLA Jitendra Awhad condemned the attack. He demanded strict actions against the goons.
