Mayor Snehal Ambekar reviews road works in Mumbai

On Saturday, mayor Snehal Ambekar along with house leader Trushna Vishwasrao, standing committee president Yashodhar Phanase and other members, inspected the road works being carried out by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.

Ambekar said that she was satisfied with the ongoing work. Other corporators, chief engineer (roads & traffic) Ashok Pawar and other senior civic officials were present during the inspection.

During the night-long inspection, while interacting with the media, Ambekar said, "Several important road works have been undertaken by the BMC. Since all these work will be carried out phase-wise, many ultramodern technologies are being tried out. We are keeping a regular stock of the work. Contractors have been asked to complete their work within a stipulated time-frame."
