According to police, the accused had sent the photos to the man so that her marriage would be cancelled and he could continue with his crime. When the girl's parents became aware of this, they filed complaint.

The Sakinaka police have arrested a man for allegedly raping a 22-year old woman for seven-eight months by blackmailing her with her nude photos that he had clicked.
According to the complaint registered by the victim's parents, the accused Shakoor Khan (40), who also lives in the same locality of the victim had allegedly raped her and clicked the nude photographs that he was using to blackmail and rape the victim. The accused had allegedly sent the objectionable photos through whatsapp to the man with whom the victim's marriage was going to be fixed.
According to police, the accused had sent the photos to the man so that her marriage would be cancelled and he could continue with his crime. When the girl's parents became aware of this, they filed complaint.
"Khan is a scrap dealer and is married and was known to the family of the victim. "The accused was produced in the court and has been remanded to police custody till December 27. We are investigating the case further," Avinash Dharmadhikari, Senior Police Inspector of Sakinaka Police Station said.
The police have arrested the accused under the Section 376(rape) of the Indian Penal Code and Information Technology act.
