President of MCHI-CREDAI Vimal Shah told dna, “The theme of our exhibition will be ‘Mumbai Makes Me Happy’. Buyers seeking affordable homes, usually, have to go all the way to far-flung suburbs. Hence, through this exhibition, we are offering them a variety of properties under one roof. Here, they can finalise a property and, later on, visit the site.”
There will also be a series of seminars designed to offer interesting insights and analysis for the attending delegates.
Another MCHI member said, “Vastu, broker events will be conducted by experts in the field.”
The exhibition will provide buyers and investors with multiple options of affordable housing, second homes, luxury residences as well as commercial and retail properties.
A member said, “We have properties from the entire Mumbai Metropolitan Region, including Mira Road, Bhayander, Kalyan, Dombivli, Navi Mumbai and Thane.”
MCHI general secretary of the Navi Mumbai unit Manohar Shroff said the recent property exhibition in Navi Mumbai was a success. “The market is picking up and it is the right time for buyers to zero in on a property and buy it,” he said.
