Killer of Juhu boy sodomised 2 others: Cops

The Juhu police probing the alleged sodomy and murder of an 11-year-old boy, the accused allegedly sodomised two other minor boys in the locality. The accused uncle has been remanded in police custody up to December 8. The post-mortem reports received by the police have confirmed that the minor boy was allegedly sodomised.

According to the police, on November 22, the accused took the minor from near his Juhu residence to a secluded spot and tried to sodomise him. When the minor boy tried to escape from his uncle’s clutches, the accused pinned him down, strangulated him to death and later dumped his body. 

Minor’s parents had registered a kidnapping case with Juhu police after the boy had gone missing. “During interrogations the accused claimed that he has targeted two other minor boys in the locality. The accused uncle have also sodomized the minor boy earlier too. If any other victim comes forward, we will register the case,” said a Juhu police officer.

Sunil Ghosalkar, senior inspector, Juhu police station, said, “We have added section of 377(unnatural sex) of the Indian Penal Code. December 8. We are probing further.”
