Around 600 music lovers attended the retro musical night. The three and half hours programme entertained everyone who attended.

Music is one thing that binds everyone and spreads happiness. This was seen on Saturday evening at IES Amnik Sabhagriha Auditorium in Bandra, where stalwarts from the industry came together to enjoy the popular musical night called 'Khumaar'.
Around 600 music lovers attended the retro musical night. The three and half hours programme entertained everyone who attended. Industry stalwarts like Pradeep Guha, Ramesh Narayan, MG Parameswaran, Shashi Sinha, Sunil Lulla, Ajay Kakar, Ajay Chandwani, Punitha Arumugam, Subhash Kamath and Maulik Kotak graced the occasion.
'Khumaar' is an initiative by Bipin Pandit, chief operating officer of the Advertising Club. It comprises an extremely talented group of musicians, singers and composers that performs live shows. 'Khumaar' is a Hindi word which means intoxication. The programme is in the form of solo acts, duets, classical acts, qawalis and sufi performances.
"The objective is to have a musical night for the industry and bring the media, marketing and advertising fraternity together to have a fun-filled event and now after the successful event of ninth year, next year being the tenth year a lot will be enjoyed at 'Khumaar'," said Bipin Pandit.
