Jiah Khan case hearing adjourned till July 21

The hearing in Jiah Khan's suicide case has been adjourned till July 21. Her boyfriend, Sooraj Pancholi, has been accused of abetting her suicide.

Jiah was found dead at her house in June last year after which Suraj was arrested by the police for allegedly abetting her suicide. Police had also found a letter reportedly written by Jiah in which she had written about her relationship with Suraj Pancholi.

Suraj is the son of actor Aditya Pancholi and will be making a debut in the upcoming film Hero.

Actor Aditya Pancholi on Wednesday had said he wanted the investigation over the death of actress Jiah Khan to be over soon and added that a SIT has been formed to probe the case. "An SIT has been formed. We have not been given any summons, and I want this investigation to finish as soon as possible. The SIT formed by the commissioner has not completed its investigation," said Pancholi. Read more
